In this project, we support the Ministry of Infrastructure and Digital Affairs in Saxony-Anhalt in drafting an IT security act. We provide advice on legal policy strategies and assist with the implementation of the EU NIS-2 Cybersecurity Directive into state legislation. The aim is to increase information security within the Saxony-Anhalt state administration.
