The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) is planning to develop an AI tool (LoKLotse) for vocational training as part of its Leando web service. The tool will intelligently link training plans, training records, curriculum frameworks and other parameters in order to provide companies and vocational schools with context-specific guidance for collaborative work with trainees.
Based on the LoKLotse use case and on behalf of VDI/VDE-IT, iRights.Lab is analysing the conditions for the successful use of AI tools in vocational training as part of a feasibility study. A particular focus here is on the responsible and impact-orientated use of AI.
