Public authorities are also turning to digitalisation to improve the lives of citizens. But what does a liveable digital city of the future look like? We are investigating this question for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and have incorporated the initial results into the Digital Strategy 2025. This project focuses on the needs of citizens and the potential of digitalisation for shaping administration in line with the realities of life. In dialogue with civil society, representatives of public authorities and subject-matter experts, we are developing a dialogue format to foster sustainable exchange between society and government.
