Generative AI is already changing work processes, creative practices and economic value creation. At the same time, key questions arise: How can data protection, copyright and fair remuneration be organised in this context? And are our legal and social structures prepared for these developments?
As part of the research project "GenKI-IR - Generative AI: Innovation and Law in Labour Processes" funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), the independent think tank iRights.Lab invites you to join the discussion. The project examines the legal, social and organisational conditions under which generative AI is used in four exemplary work contexts (journalism, education, public administration, cultural and creative industries).
The event brings together experts from politics, research, the creative industries, administration and civil society to combine the results of the project with current, practical perspectives and to discuss them together.
