In the pre-digital world, our normative rules of behaviour have evolved over several centuries. A lot of time that has not yet passed in the comparatively young digital world. There is still a need for discussion on the question of what acceptable behaviour looks like in today's social context, for example when dealing with data. As part of an extensive project commissioned by the German Institute for Trust and Security on the Internet (DIVSI), we have investigated the key questions and developed concrete proposals for solutions.
