- An Educator and media pedagogue with additional qualifications in media didactics and online moderation/tutoring (Educational Media, University of Duisburg-Essen).
- Experienced in the development and implementation of learning platforms and online qualification programmes; e. g. with the initiative "Schulen ans Netz" and the foundation “Haus der kleinen Forscher”.
- Committed to combating the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion for many years.
- Actively involved as a volunteer in ensuring high-quality and safe internet services for children, serving as chair of the board of Seitenstark e. V.

- Initiate and build networks.
- Integrate digitalisation and skills development.
- Develop and successfully implement innovative projects.
