Of-Counsel

Till Kreutzer is Of-Coun­sel at the iRights.Lab. He is also a found­ing mem­ber of and writer for iRights.info and a found­ing part­ner of the iRights.Law legal prac­tice. In addi­tion, he is an Asso­ciate Mem­ber of the Media and Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions Law Research Depart­ment at the Hans Bre­dow Insti­tute for Media Reseach at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Ham­burg and a mem­ber of the “Insti­tute for Legal Ques­tions on Free and Open Source Soft­ware” (ifrOSS). His main spe­cialisms are legal mat­ters relat­ing to IT, copy­right, pri­va­cy and data pro­tec­tion. He has writ­ten many pieces and arti­cles in spe­cial­ist pub­li­ca­tions and plat­forms on these top­ics, and deliv­ered count­less speech­es to nation­al and inter­na­tion­al con­fer­ences. He is also active as a lec­tur­er, and is often called to give expert pre­sen­ta­tions at the Ger­man Bun­destag and Euro­pean Par­lia­ment.
